OSSI Level 3 - Detailed Product Group Status

OSSI Level 3 report defines a detailed level of information regarding the status of product groups per service delivered via EUMETCast. For each Repeat Cycle/PDU time the corresponding product completeness and timeliness values are displayed with the associated colour coding reflecting the status.
