OSSI Level 4 - Detailed Repeat Cycle/PDU Information

OSSI Level 4 report defines the lowest level of information regarding the status of individual Repeat Cycles/PDUs per service delivered via EUMETCast. For each Repeat Cycle/PDU time, the corresponding product completeness and maximum timeliness values are displayed with the associated colour coding reflecting the status. In addition, detailed tables display the individual Segment/Slice or Product Type that are considered to be missing or late.

Colour Coding:

Complete
	The Product Group is Complete (Product Completeness value >= Threshold specified in the Operational Services Specification)
	The Product Group is Incomplete (0 < Product Completeness value < Threshold)
	The Product Group is Unavailable (unplanned) (Product Completeness value = 0)
	The Product Group is Unavailable (planned)
Timely
	The Product Group is Timely (Product Max Timeliness value <= Threshold specified in the Operational Services Specification)
	The Product Group is Late (Product Max Timeliness value > Threshold)
	The Product Group is Unavailable (unplanned) (Product Completeness value = 0)
	The Product Group is Unavailable (planned)
