The OSSI Level 1 report defines the top-level of information regarding the status summary of EUMETSAT Services delivered via EUMETCast. Based on the most recent Repeat Cycle/PDU time the status will be indicated by an associated colour summarising and combining the completeness and timeliness values of all products associated with the service.

Colour Coding:

	Nominal Service All products within the Service are within the thresholds specified in the Product Group Description pages (*)
	Degraded Service One or more product groups within the Service are Unavailable or outside of specified Timeliness
	Unavailable Service All products within the Service are Unavailable (Unplanned)
	Planned Outage All products within the Service are Unavailable (Planned)
